Returns Policy

At TECHSPECTIVE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (operating as a Hong Kong-based online women’s clothing retailer), we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return service subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition—with all tags, labels, and packaging (such as plastic wraps, dust bags, or boxes) intact. Returns are only accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (confirmed via your order tracking number). Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or with missing tags will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Special categories (e.g., custom-made clothing, clearance items marked “Final Sale”) are non-returnable—please check product pages for specific notes before purchasing.

2. Return Application Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email ([email protected]) within the 14-day window, providing your order number, item name, and reason for return.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive a “Return Authorization (RA) Number” and detailed shipping instructions (including our Hong Kong return warehouse address).

Step 3: Package the item securely (we recommend using the original packaging if possible) and clearly mark the RA Number on the outer box. Ship the item via a traceable courier service (e.g., SF Express, DHL) to avoid loss—return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

3. Refund & Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, our warehouse team will inspect it for compliance with return terms (typically within 3 business days). If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5-7 business days. Note that bank processing times may vary, so you may see the funds in your account 1-2 weeks after refund initiation.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time—if you need a different size/color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

4. Exceptions & Notes

  • For defective or incorrect items: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange a full refund or send a replacement (if in stock) at no extra charge.
  • Lost or delayed returns: We are not responsible for items lost in transit—please keep your courier tracking number and provide it to us if issues arise.
